Marta de Sousa created the Built By Her campaign, that aims to change the perception that the construction industry is solely a male world, inaccessible to women.
Marta is taking the campaign into schools and re-branding the industry, holding careers days with industry role models, to show young women the opportunities available to them.
Teaming up with advertising agency Mr President, the school talks will run alongside a Government backed national advertising campaign challenging stereotypes and changing the face of the construction industry.
