For 10 years she has run her own international property development company LUX Reality. As LUX REALITY grew, Marta noticed a shift in the way people were choosing to live, leading her to found ONE HOUSE ®, a global co-living community for the future.
Marta believes in a world built by both men and women, and is a champion of a diverse construction industry. She created Built by Her, a government backed campaign that aims to challenge industry stereotypes, and change the perception that the construction industry is solely a male world.
